In accordance with article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of 27 April 2016, relating to the protection of natural persons with respect to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, your data will be processed by LABORATORIOS SALVAT, S.A. (hereinafter, “SALVAT”), as controller of the same. For matters related to personal data protection you may contact us by sending a message to legal@svt.com.

The purpose of the processing is to manage candidates to cover the vacancies available at SALVAT, which is covered by the consent provided in this document. This consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of any processing prior to its withdrawal.

The data shall not be transferred to third parties unless required by court order or by state security forces or bodies.

The data collected will be stored provided this is necessary to comply with the legislation in force.

If these terms are not authorised or accepted, we cannot manage your application to work at SALVAT.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, limitation and opposition, as well as the right to data portability, by sending an e-mail to SALVAT at legal@svt.com.

If you believe that the processing does not comply with current legislation, you may submit a complaint to the supervisory authority at www.aepd.es.
