Active ingredients

Each hard capsule contains 0.5 mg of dutasteride and 0.4 mg of tamsulosin hydrochloride (equivalent to 0.367 mg of tamsulosin).

Indications

Treatment of moderate to severe symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) in appropriately monitored patients, who are undergoing concomitant therapy with tamsulosin and dutasteride in monotherapy.

Reduced risk of acute urinary retention (AUR) and surgery in patients with moderate to severe symptoms of BPH.

Dosage

Adults (including elderly patients):

The recommended dose of dutasteride/tamsulosin is one capsule (0.5 mg/0.4 mg) once daily.

Dutasteride/tamsulosin is used as a substitute for concomitant therapy with dutasteride and tamsulosin to simplify treatment.
