Indications

Lactase helps to break down lactose and in people who are lactose intolerant, prevents gastrointestinal discomfort such as pain from abdominal bloating, flatulence and diarrea. These discomforts usually occur after the ingestion of milk, milk derivatives or other foods or drugs with lactose in their ingredients.

Instructions for use

It is recommended to take 1 tablet of Nutira Retard 6h, just before consuming any dairy, food, prepared dish or product that contains or may contain lactose in its composition. The administration should be repeated if foods or products with lactose continue to be consumed within 6 hours.

Instructions for use

1–2 capsules, just before consuming any dairy product, food, dish prepared with lactose or product that contains or may contain lactose in its ingredients. Administration should be repeated if after 45 to 60 minutes foods or products with lactose are still being consumed.
