Indications

Tebarat 0.5 mg/ml eye drops is indicated for the treatment and prevention of allergic conjunctivitis.
Treatment and prevention of seasonal allergic conjunctivitis symptoms in adults and children aged 4 years and over.
Treatment of non-seasonal (perennial) allergic conjunctivitis symptoms in adults and children aged 12 years and over.

Dosage

For seasonal allergic conjunctivitis, the usual dose in adults and children aged 4 years and over is one drop in each eye twice a day. This can be increased if necessary to four times a day. If exposure to the allergen is expected, Tebarat® should be administered as prophylaxis before said exposure.
For non-seasonal (perennial) allergic conjunctivitis, the usual dose in adults and children aged 12 years and over is one drop in each eye twice a day. This can be increased if necessary to four times a day. As safety and efficacy have been demonstrated in clinical trials for a 6-week period, the duration of treatment should be limited to a maximum of 6 weeks.
